Pricing & billing questions
What counts as a clip generation?+
Each rendered clip counts as one generation against your monthly limit. Finding moments and previewing suggestions is free — you only spend a generation when you render a clip.
Do unused clips roll over?+
No. Your monthly allowance resets on the 1st of each month and does not carry over. You can upgrade any time if you need more before then.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like from the billing portal. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then drop back to Free.
Monthly or annual?+
Both. Annual billing saves you roughly two months versus paying monthly. You can start monthly and switch to annual later.
What’s your refund policy?+
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase or renewal. Email support@shortvideos.to and we’ll sort it out. Refunds may be prorated if you’ve already used most of the plan’s monthly clips.
Is my payment secure?+
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Your card details go directly to Paddle — we never see or store them. Paddle also handles VAT and sales tax automatically at checkout.
What happens to my clips if I downgrade?+
Nothing — everything you’ve generated and saved stays in your account. Only your monthly generation limit and watermark status change.
