ShortVideos.to is an AI-powered tool that analyzes YouTube videos and generates vertical short-video clips with captions. The Service is provided "as is" for lawful purposes only.

• You may use the Service without an account (limited to local history and free-tier rendering).
• Signing in with Google enables server-side history, saved clips, and higher usage limits.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Upload, process, or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or disrupt the Service.
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls.

• Your content: You retain all rights to the videos you submit and the clips you generate.
• Our IP: The Service, its branding, and its underlying technology are owned by ShortVideos.to.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to clip and republish any source material.

• The free tier includes a limited number of clip generations per month (currently 3).
• Free-tier clips include a "shortvideos.to" watermark.
• Usage limits may change at any time. We will notify users of material changes.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall ShortVideos.to be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service itself. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
