Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with ShortVideos.to. If you are unhappy with a paid plan, contact us at support@shortvideos.to within 14 days of your initial purchase or of a renewal, and we will issue a full refund of that charge.

Generating clips consumes real compute resources. Where a substantial portion of a plan’s monthly clip allowance has already been used before a refund is requested, we may decline the refund or prorate it to reflect the usage. We’ll always explain the calculation if this applies.

Payments are processed securely by PayPal. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via PayPal, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Chargeback and dispute requests raised directly with PayPal are handled under PayPal's User Agreement.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Plans & billing or from the Automatic Payments section of your PayPal account. On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for and is not renewed after that. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period — request one under section 1 if you believe a refund is warranted.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have, including EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the terms above.
