Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with ShortVideos.to. If you are unhappy with a paid plan, contact us at support@shortvideos.to within 14 days of your initial purchase or of a renewal, and we will issue a full refund of that charge.
2. Usage-based exceptions
Generating clips consumes real compute resources. Where a substantial portion of a plan’s monthly clip allowance has already been used before a refund is requested, we may decline the refund or prorate it to reflect the usage. We’ll always explain the calculation if this applies.
3. How refunds are issued
Our order process and payments are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. As Merchant of Record, Paddle may also independently review refund and chargeback requests in line with its Buyer Terms.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal (via Plans & billing) or from the receipt Paddle emails you. On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for and is not renewed after that. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period — request one under section 1 if you believe a refund is warranted.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have, including EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the terms above.
